Our Mission
The Plume Foundation has designed this program to accelerate RWAfi development through structured, milestone-based funding.
We’ve witnessed the tremendous potential of bringing real world assets onchain, and now we’re ready to support the next wave of innovation. Our grants focus on these key areas:
- Novel RWAfi Primitives: Projects that explore new ways to represent and manage real world assets onchain, pushing beyond traditional assets or products
- DeFi Infrastructure: Solutions that bridge the gap between traditional finance and DeFi, making RWAs more accessible and efficient
- Asset Issuance/Tokenization: Creative approaches to bringing unique or underserved asset classes onchain
- Technical Innovation: Tools and protocols that solve the core challenges of RWA management, from compliance to scalability
How the Program Works
Grants are milestone-based, rewarding projects upon the completion of certain development and growth goals. Grant recipients are also required to complete a KYC check and a smart contract security audit.
When reviewing applications, we look for initiatives that demonstrate:
- Innovation: Your project should bring fresh perspectives to RWAfi, whether through new technology, novel use cases, or creative solutions to existing problems
- User Focus: We want to see clear strategies for bringing users onchain and growing the ecosystem
- Technical Excellence: Your implementation should be robust and well-thought-out, with security as a top priority
- Clear Milestones: Your roadmap should include specific, measurable objectives tied to funding tranches
