Today, Plume Network is proud to announce that we’ve been selected to join the prestigious Tokenized Asset Coalition (TAC). The TAC welcomed 21 new members including Plume Network into its ranks from over 175 applicants, including: a16z, arbitrum, Aptos, Galaxy Digital, Wisdom Tree, Axelar, Hashnote and more.
The Tokenized Asset Coalition champions the adoption of public blockchains, asset tokenization, and institutional DeFi to dramatically alter the way capital is formed, invested, and managed onchain, paving the way for a more open, fair, and transparent system for investors.
By joining the Tokenized Asset Coalition, we align ourselves with a shared vision for a more open, fair, and transparent financial system and proactively shape the future of onchain Real World Asset Finance (RWAfi).
Over the years, we’ve contributed to the tokenized asset industry in a number of ways, including advancing tokenized asset solutions, particularly in the realm of RWAfi. Our modular RWAfi layer enables seamless integration of RWAs into the onchain ecosystem, allowing for secure, scalable, and efficient asset tokenization. Our deep-rooted work with over 170+ ecosystem projects and traditional institutional partners has equipped us with deep insights into the tokenization process and how to best navigate regulatory and technological challenges.
We bring a unique perspective to the TAC based on our experience with RWA tokenization and decentralized finance. Our focus has always been on driving growth and adoption, as we saw over 280M in onchain transactions and more than 18M wallets participated in the testnet while maintaining the highest standards of transparency and security. Through TAC, we aim to expand this vision by contributing to the collective mission of bringing $1 trillion in assets onchain.
As new members of the TAC, we’ll be focused on fostering greater institutional adoption of blockchain-based asset management solutions by bringing over $3B of onchain assets. We will continue to collaborate with industry leaders to enhance the tokenization of real world assets, streamline regulatory processes, and drive innovations in decentralized finance. Our mission is to make the tokenized asset space more accessible, secure, and efficient for all participants, whether they are investors, asset managers, or institutional players.
We look forward to working alongside our fellow TAC members to bring real world assets into the blockchain space, ultimately creating a more equitable and transparent global financial system.
